Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or simply deciding that you no longer want the product.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

  • Photographs of the packaging when relevant

We may ask for additional information or photographs to help us investigate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

Incorrect Items

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
